Here’s a sample of something you can use for any specials or deals, it would go in the video area. I wasn’t sure if you were trying to collect emails for marketing but if you do, here’s a simple way to get the email addresses.  There are mail services and other plugins that you can set up to do it but this is a quick and simple way.  You can add name and message for a simple contact form.

If you don’t have any current deals going on right now, I could put something about subscribe for upcoming deals and put the form in the video area.  I would also put it in the footer.  The first one below is the basic template but I deleted the 2 list item default. I played around a little with the custom settings to see what you can do.
